The location was ideal for visiting family and exploring the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding a nice touch to our stay. The bed in our room was fantastic, ensuring we had a comfortable night's sleep after a long day. While we did experience some delays in service at the restaurant, it didn't overshadow our overall enjoyment.

The room was nice and spacious, featuring a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a kettle for tea. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast had fresh pastries and various juices. Staff was super helpful, and the location was close to shops and the train station. Very clean and modern vibe.

great spots for walking and dining near the hotel

It was wonderful to be just a few steps from the train station and enjoy a stroll to nearby parks and landmarks like Nonsuch Park and the charming Water Pavilion, making my weekend city exploration enjoyable and hassle-free.

The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was very hot and had issues with cleanliness. The check-in was quick, and while breakfast was decent, the parking situation could use improvement.

We had an awesome time with friends! The hotel is cool and in a great spot. We checked out Charlie's Corner for coffee and hit a theme park nearby. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was filling, perfect to start our days....

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! Super easy to find from the train station. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were all super friendly. The room was comfy, though the pillows could be better. Enjoyed a few beers at the bar, and the breakfast was just wow, tons of options!

Noise wasn't a problem either, I didn't hear much from outside, which was a bonus. No major complaints, it was a solid stay!
